Out of the Woods
I passed on a chance to see Sleater-Kinney during SXSW 2005, rationalizing that this is the kind of band that tours fairly regularly and I would have plenty of other opportunities. And I had to get up early for work the next day. How punk. I regretted the decision the following day next day when the reviews came in. I’ve missed a lot of shows that I really should have gone to, but only three stick out as “What the hell was I thinking?”: Siouxsie, Hooverphonic and Wesley “Rock the Mike Like a Masochist” Willis.
However, the list of concerts I’m really glad I went to is much, much longer.
