Kentucky Commerce Secretary, Jim Host (the founder of Host Communications–where I first worked professionally), on the state’s new leader for the Women’s Physical and Mental Health post. Joyce King Jennings is a party planner from Louisville and has no medical or scientific training at all. “I’ve always been into meet-and-greet and public relations, that sort of thing,” commented Jennings. The new Republican administration promised to squash the “good ol’ boy” network. I guess they just meant the “boy”part.
