Shiny Happy License Plate

An alert reader pointed out that there is hope for the Kentucky license plate fiasco. A new print/internet zine in Louisville called Velocity Weekly has the goods. According to the article, it is perfecly legal to take creative license with your plate–just don’t cover the numbers. Ear X-tacy (the Waterloo of Louisville) is reportedly selling frowny face stickers for $.75… The zine looks promising and the internet version is loaded with content. I see room for Velocity along with Louisville Eccentric Observer. Along the same lines, could someone kindly redesign the piece of crap Ace Weekly site?
